We presently have an exciting opportunity at Staffordshire University Nursery.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Early Years Educators to join our established qualified and experienced nursery team. The successful applicants will be passionate about caring and educating children and babies; focused on service delivery and has the drive and enthusiasm to further develop standards of care and education. You will have a flexible approach, a positive attitude and the ability to build positive constructive working relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
You must be hardworking and display an excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS. You will act as a key person to a key group of children, having special responsibility for ensuring their individual needs are met.
You will have the ability to: observe children’s learning and progress, undertake and maintain records of formative and summative assessment of children’s care, learning and development, tracking children’s progress, identifying next steps and teaching strategies to shape future learning opportunities.
You will hold a minimum level three qualification in Early Years Childcare and education, along with the drive to continue with professional training and development.
A visit to the nursery prior to interview is encouraged; although opportunity will be given to all to undertake a tour of the nursery during interview.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this post.
