About the role
Staffordshire University is one of the largest providers of higher and degree apprenticeships and has a target to recruit 6,500 apprentices before July 2026. This role will enable us to achieve and even exceed that number.
The recruitment coordinator role sits within the Apprenticeship Team, part of the Business Engagement service and is integral to maintaining the growth in our apprenticeship provision through onboarding of new apprentices, supporting employers with their apprenticeship recruitment requirements and liaising with staff across the university to ensure applicants receive a first class service from the university
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Business Development manager, you will:
- Be the fist point of contact for apprenticeship recruitment enquiries internally and externally
- Process and allocate incoming apprenticeship recruitment enquiries
- Process leads generated by wider team and allocate to Business Development Officer (BDO)
