About the role

Staffordshire University are looking for a highly motivated, diligent and detail orientated Admissions Officer who will focus on applications to our Postgraduate provision.  With new, ambitious targets for growth, this role will be central to maintaining relationships with our key stakeholders and evaluating business processes to ensure high levels of service delivery.  

The Postgraduate Admissions Officer will assist the Admissions Manager in the delivery of a customer focused, efficient and effective Admissions service.  Working across the postgraduate portfolio, the post holder will deal with applicants and applications to our Postgraduate Taught courses, Postgraduate Research courses (including PhDs) and lead on the further integration of the new DfE apply system for PGCEs creating and developing new working relationships along the way. 

The successful candidate will have experience of coordinating activity designed to improve the applicant experience and have significant knowledge of admissions systems (SITS, for example).
