About the role

As part of our regional role as an anchor institution, Staffordshire University has secured funding from European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) to lead and deliver the Staffordshire E-Skills and Entrepreneurship Gateway programme.  The 3-year programme will be delivered in 2 strands:

  • Strand 1 will deliver Digital E-Skills opportunities for SSLEP SMEs and their workforce. The curriculum will cover key online platforms that aid SMEs digital agility and broad digital skills supporting efficiencies in a range of business processes 
  • Strand 2 will create an environment that stimulates and sustains entrepreneurial aspirations through skills interventions, developing conditions that encourages, creates, and nurtures ideas towards new venture/ business creation in key SSLEP/ SS LIS sectors for our Graduates and students. 

We are looking for an experienced Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer to deliver entrepreneurship education and skills to our students that will allow them to improve their employment prospects and help them move into a business start-up. The Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer will work closely with and support the SEGWay Programme Manager and Project & Portfolio Officer.
