Staffordshire Business School is seeking to make a new appointment of Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator (1.0 FTE) to join our growing interdisciplinary apprenticeship team. We are pleased to receive applications from interested candidates with experience of successful administration, coordination of apprenticeship portfolio and project management either in higher education or business/industry. The successful candidate will bring in proven track record for monitoring, planning and quality management of compliance measures. Knowledge of degree apprenticeships structure, standards and understanding of relevant KSBs is essential to the role.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an active willingness to learn and adapt innovative ways of undertaking required duties. You will be a team player with an enthusiastic and positive approach to work, and possess excellent IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office applications and Virtual learning environment to carry out academic tasks is essential for this role. As well as undertaking role specific duties you will contribute to the general administration, carrying out tripartite reviews and wider contribution to the development of apprenticeship provision, including outreach activities for the Business School.
