The Registry is looking to appoint a Regulations & Compliance Advisor on a full-time secondment to October 2021.

The successful applicant will work within a small, committed team to carry out casework relating to student appeals, complaints, fitness to practise, fitness to study and academic and student conduct. You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and a strong commitment to putting the student first, seeking early resolutions wherever possible. 

Within the role you will need to handle sensitive information appropriately, and have difficult, supportive conversations with others. You will be willing to embrace digital development and work innovatively to produce positive student outcomes.

You will already have a good understanding of the University’s regulations with experience of applying these in your day to day activities, with a strong commitment to personal development and working to a high standard
