We are looking for a Head of Student Support, Wellbeing and Inclusion who will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Staffordshire University’s Strategic plans for enhancing student-facing support and wellbeing services for our students.

Working closely with the Director of Library and Student Services, you will lead your team in developing and delivering expert services for our students. You will coordinate your teams’ work in developing innovative, engaging resources and campaigns focused on improving wellbeing, access and inclusion  and will work in close partnership with Academic Schools, Professional Services and external services, ensuring that we commit to a whole-community approach to the support of our students. 

The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing our Student Hub, ensuring that expert and effective information, advice and guidance is delivered to our students. You will embrace technology and seek out opportunities to innovate and advance practice, all the while ensuring that our students are at the heart of what we do.

You will be responsible for integrating innovative and effective case management systems and digital engagement resources whilst leading strategies around Mental Wellbeing, Student Inclusion, Faith and Chaplaincy, Residence Life and all related aspects of the Student Experience. You will ensure that safeguarding and the management of risk is embedded in all that we do and that students have access to services and support that are appropriate for their needs and circumstances.
