About the role

The English Language Team is recruiting experienced academics on a Part Time Hourly Paid basis to deliver a range of under-graduate and post-graduate modules including Academic English, Business English, English for Specific Academic Purposes and General English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under-graduate and Post-graduate delivery of modules and tutorials
  • Marking of assessments
  • Student pastoral support
  • Attending school and department meetings

The successful candidate will be educated to postgraduate level, with a passion for supporting and developing students for career success. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent collaboration skills, a level of proficiency in IT and a proven ability to work cohesively with others as a member of a team.
