Staffordshire University is looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to join the Marketing and Communications department. The new recruit will be working with a recently procured CRM system, with plenty of opportunity to shape and improve our communications with prospective students.

They will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of Staffordshire University’s Customer Relationship Management activity, maximising investment and improving customer journey engagement.

Focused on increasing open event bookings and attendance rates, they will also contribute to CRM strategy and progress our CRM activity to increase recruitment and reputation.

The individual must be familiar with planning, setting up, delivering and reporting on complex campaigns. This will involve a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns, dynamic content and user experience requirements. In a busy environment, they will be required to meet a consistently high standard, delivering campaigns to deadline and on-brand. We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in a similar role, with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
