Lecturer/Senior Lecturer – Mental Health Nursing

At the School of Health, Education, Policing & Science at Staffordshire University we have an exciting portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a strong history of nursing, midwifery and nursing associate education. We are keen to recruit excellent lecturing staff to support our mental health nursing provision. You will be joining a well-established team with a wealth of experience both clinically and academically. The school is highly interdisciplinary in nature, and a great place to develop a distinctive academic portfolio.

We are looking for experienced candidates who have demonstrable excellent subject knowledge in mental health nursing, with a passion to teach and shape the next generation of clinicians.

Additional Desirable skills:

•         Experience of working in a range of mental health nursing environments.

•         Teaching in a Higher Education setting

•         Experience of research and writing for publication.
