We have an opportunity available for a Personal Assistant to the Acting Director of finance, the Assistant Director of Finance and the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Occupational Department. The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, professional PA support service, including the organisation of and administrative support for meetings, diary management, drafting correspondence, liaising with key stakeholders and the development and maintenance of School administrative processes.

You should have proven experience of providing Personal Assistant support and diary management at a senior level with the ability to organise complex travel and meeting schedules. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work as part of a team and to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Attention to detail and experience of information/data management are also essential. Possessing excellent organisational skills, the successful candidate will have strong administrative skills along with experience of providing secretarial support for meetings and a high level of computer literacy. The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail and achieving high levels of accuracy.
