About the role 

An excellent opportunity to work in a brand-new facility at Staffordshire University, Stoke Campus, supervising the production of fresh, vibrant, on-trend food for staff and students in our new ‘Catalyst Building’.

Mainly working daytime shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional paid overtime available.

Using the latest equipment in a purpose-built kitchen the ideal candidate will be from a fresh food background with experience in function work, team leadership, and with a passion for flavours from around the world.

At Staffordshire University we are expanding our catering offer with a new Bistro, Deli bar and Street Food facilities meaning we require a chef with high standards and flair to give our customers exceptional food at competitive prices to keep their bodies and brains fuelled for the day.

This role will suit a chef with an eye for detail, impeccable hygiene standards and in depth knowledge of HACCP and allergen management who wants to enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen with the benefit of time with their family.
