About the role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to flourish in an Administration Assistant role and support our student recruitment ambitions in the School of Digital, Technologies and Arts.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised and efficient individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to play a key part in our student recruitment and outreach activity. The School has ambitious targets for recruitment and this role provides a key component of our work with prospective students, offer holders and schools and colleges. 

Your role will involve supporting the coordination of a range of physical and virtual recruitment and admissions focused events, supporting our social media accounts, helping to produce printed, digital, and video content for prospective students and supporting the University’s conversion plans.

The role requires the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment; an ability to work collaboratively and at times across teams; and the ability to manage your own workload to deliver multiple tasks in parallel.
