About the role

If you’re ready to make a difference to our Higher Education environment, be ambitious, brilliant and innovative, we think our Digital Business & Test analyst role with Staffordshire University is the way forward. Working within the Digital Transformation Team you will be directly involved in building our Digital Vision as well as growing your own skills, knowledge and experience. You will be responsible for supporting the technologies and services that underpin the productivity of all our staff and students.  

You'll need to embrace change, be enthusiastic and creative, and have a good understanding of one or more of the following:  

  • Gathering requirements through elicitation, validation, prioritisation and documentation of high level and detailed system requirements producing a robust Traceability Matrix in readiness for testing
  • Analyse test requirements, design and build test cases, scripts, procedures and environmental readiness
  • Workshop facilitation to gather evidence-based requirements 
  • Use elicitation and modelling techniques (Service Design, Blueprints, process analysis)
