About the role 

Join a team committed to delivering high-quality administrative support for student records and awards.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator to support the maintenance and updating of student records related to awards and HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report), ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and meets established service levels. You will play a key part in ensuring award-related administration is student-centered, addressing queries around certificates, transcripts, award verification and related matters with the highest level of service.

You will work collaboratively within a small dynamic team and will embed best practice benefits both students and the wider University.

You should demonstrate understanding of the student lifecycle within a university setting, alongside a proven ability to deliver exceptional student-centered services. If you are passionate about enhancing the student experience and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
