With the growth and development of HRM provision, the Staffordshire Business school is looking to recruit a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Human Resource management and Organisational Behaviour. In supporting the present commitments of the HRM team in the provision of teaching at undergraduate and post graduate level, including on the business school’s portfolio of CIPD accredited courses and the growing apprenticeship programme, the successful candidate will need to have expertise and be an experienced lecturer in areas such as Employment Relations, Employment Law, Performance and reward management and Strategic HRM.

It is desirable that the successful candidate have experience of delivering on the CIPD’s Level 5 and/or Level 7 educational programmes or equivalent and have practitioner experience of working in HRM or an associated field. Qualified to PhD level in a relevant subject area or equivalent, it is important that you are a team player who is willing to contribute to the development of individual colleagues and the School as a whole.
