An exciting opportunity is available to join the University’s Quality Enhancement Service (QES) as a Quality Administrative Officer.   You will be responsible for the effective co-ordination of all aspects of quality assurance across a School or Schools of the University, and will facilitate adherence to academic award regulations, under the direction of the Director of Quality Enhancement and Standards and with support from Associate Deans, Heads of Department and colleagues in QES.

You will have an excellent working knowledge and understanding of quality assurance policies and procedures within UK higher education.  In addition, you will have effective communication skills including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and write a range of documents clearly, including committee minutes.  A proven ability to effectively negotiate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Secondment opportunities will be considered.
