Salary:   £34,189 to £39,609 per annum
Tenure:  Full time Temporary to Cover Maternity Leave

Working strategically and collaboratively, across the University and with external agencies, you’ll lead the department in planning, briefing, managing and producing design and creative projects to a variety of audiences. 

Here is where it happens! This is a busy environment, overseeing the creative services in-house team in the delivery of all creative assets, including graphic and digital design, 2D-3D creative solutions, merchandise, copywriting and print.  You’ll have a team of highly skilled designers, copywriters, brand officer and print assistant, so management skills are essential, as are project management skills as you will lead this team to deliver creative projects on time, on brief and on budget.

What you need to be successful in this role  

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of marketing design across channels including print, signage, online display, social media and the web
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards
