Staffordshire University is looking to hire a CRM Manager that will be responsible for fulfilling the CRM strategy and for the new CRM system. These will support our student recruitment and conversion activity ensuring the University can make the most out of the marketing opportunities it offers. We use a customised version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 which has integrations with other third-party systems such as Dotmailer or Click Dimensions.

As a CRM Manager you will be based in the central Marketing and Communications team reporting to the Head of Marketing and will plan and deliver CRM strategies and campaigns across the University and Schools encouraging student recruitment. You will also ensure the CRM solution and data architecture captures all information at the key touch points and channels in the student recruitment cycle.

You will also work closely and liaise with other departments to ensure the CRM works effectively and oversee all the campaigns facilitating an adequate monitoring of them to ensure maximum profitability. You will also ensure databases are segmented effectively for targeted marketing activity.

The successful candidate will possess a degree with evidence of practical experience with Marketing CRM systems and Marketing Automation Tools such as Dotmailer and will also be conversant in database and campaigns management.  The candidate will also demonstrate experience of project management or working within a project management team with a clear understanding of marketing production and delivery milestones, numeracy skills and budget management.
