We’re looking for a skilled and committed individual to join us as a Technical Specialist (Health & Clinical Simulation) in our dynamic team that supports simulation-based education in clinical and healthcare settings.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and supporting others through knowledge sharing. You’ll play an important part in keeping our specialised facilities running efficiently, providing expert technical support, and delivering clear, practical training.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage and deliver the technical aspects of simulated scenarios within clinical and healthcare education
  • Install, configure, maintain, and operate technical equipment for taught practical clinical skills sessions
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to equipment and software to keep everything running smoothly
  • Create, develop, and deliver hands-on technical training and instruction to staff, students, and external collaborators

What We're looking for

  • Strong experience as a simulation technician with an ability to solve complex issues
  • Proven ability to install, configure, run and maintain clinical and healthcare technical equipment and systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn
  • Experience in providing technical instruction to a variety of audiences.
