We are seeking to recruit a Unit Chef for our in house catering operations at Staffordshire University. 

Reporting to the head chef and based in our main food court at the Stoke on Trent Campus, you will be preparing and delivering inspirational food for retail, hospitality, corporate and conference activities. 

You will be a real foodie with attention to detail, quality and a “can do” attitude at the top of your agenda; you will be keen to have input to the development of the food offer at the university; using your flair and imagination and will want to be part of a driven team.

You will have City and Guilds 706/1 / 2 or NVQ equivalent and be food safety trained to Level 3; with proven experience within a commercial kitchen, you will now be looking to progress your career to the next level.
