The School of Business, Leadership and Economics has a well-established reputation for providing an innovative portfolio which includes Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Higher Degree Apprenticeships and commercial courses.  We wish to complement our existing, experienced and very successful academic team with a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record as both practitioner and academic.

In the role of Senior Lecturer you will be expected to lead on the development of initiatives specifically, but not exclusively, in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and HRM.You will teach and assess students across a range of levels and courses whilst contributing to the University’s research outputs in OB and/or HRM. You will attract research funding to underpin high quality research activity and research programmes/projects. We will also look to you to help shape our teaching and learning strategies, mentor early career academics and to explicitly enhance the student experience through the use of technology.

You must be an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable academic with demonstrable ability to contribute to our research, consultancy and income generating activities.   You must possess a PhD or equivalent professional standing in the relevant subject area.
