About the role 

As part of our continued commitment to exceptional and innovative learning and teaching, we are looking to recruit an Education Research & Evaluation Manager to support the Head of Education Research & Evaluation in the strategic and operational evaluation, data and research for the Education portfolio, in particular to support the student experience and positive student outcomes.    

We are looking for someone who will be able to both develop new and enhance existing methodologies to monitor and evaluate performance and interventions across the student lifecycle.  The successful postholder will be confident in managing key strategic research and evaluation projects, analysing complex data sets and in interpreting results to provide high level insight and recommendations to key stakeholders through the production of reports and outputs. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of working in the area of research evaluation and data analytics to deliver excellent student experience and outcomes. 

You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and presenting skills with a strong track record of using research and data intelligence to produce insight reports and make recommendations.  Applicants should hold a good honours degree in a relevant discipline and demonstrable recent experience of qualitative and qualitative research methods is essential.
