We are looking to appoint Quality Administrator within our central Quality Enhancement Service. The role holder will be responsible for effectively supporting various quality assurance processes across three Schools of the university, working under the direction of the Director of Quality Enhancement and Standards and with guidance from School based Quality Administrative Officers, Associate Deans and Heads of Department.
You will have excellent administrative and IT skills, with the ability to respond flexibly and pro-actively across a range of administrative activities and maintain high service standards. You will have an understanding of how quality assurance policies and procedures are implemented within higher education and how they affect School based activity. You will have good communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within an organization and to write clearly and concisely.
