We are looking for someone to play a key role in covering all aspects of Nursery Administration and reception duties. The nursery is located on our Leek Road Campus and is set by our University Nature Reserve, adjacent to woodlands, yet very close to the city centre, with excellent local public transport links and employee on-site parking.  

Summary of the role

In the role you will be covering the nursery reception and be responsible to manage administrative tasks, including parent communication, booking systems, and supporting maintenance of nursery occupancy levels. You will also handle all financial duties such as creating and issuing invoices, managing fee payments, raising purchase orders and receipting 

invoices. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts through events, social media, and promotional activities.

You will be employed for 25 hours per week working Monday to Friday in the afternoons between 12:45 and 18:00
