            <p id="isPasted"><strong>About the role</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking to appoint an experienced, flexible and committed Student Advisor to join us at our London campus specialising in the areas of inclusion, University hardship funds and University processes and procedures. This is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover.</p><p>The post holder will manage individual student cases, ensure effective policy implementation, and act as an advocate for students alongside maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and collaborating with various departments to enhance student support and service delivery.&nbsp;</p><p>Qualified to degree level or equivalent professional qualification or experience, you&rsquo;ll have demonstrable experience of providing one-to-one advice and guidance in general and particularly in matters related to inclusion and Disability provision and support in Higher Education. Evidence of understanding the support needs of students from diverse backgrounds, cultural differences and the ability to relate well to all students are required by this post. &nbsp;The successful candidate will have a strong working understanding of the Equality Act and the implications for students with disabilities in a complex and fast paced environment.
