2	Demonstrable recent experience of teaching English language (TESOL) to international students in Higher Education. This should also include testing and assessment against the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) framework.	E	A
3	Previous experience of teaching and developing learning material for the purposes of in-sessional and pre-sessional English Language provision.	E	A/I
