5 Previous experience of delivering training/and or supervision within the counselling field E A/I
6 Experience of providing pastoral and academic support to students E I
7 Recent experience in the supervision of students/trainees at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels (Essential for Senior Lecturer) D I
8 Significant experience of leading the development, design, delivery and assessment of modules at various levels (Essential for Senior Lecturer) D I
