1 Operational/Service Architecture.

Knowledge of the infrastructure (hardware, databases, public/private cloud, operating systems, middleware/SOA, local area networks, Lan, WLan, Wi-Fi etc) and the Digital solutions and service processes used within own organisation, including those associated with sustainability and efficiency.

2 Quality Assurance and Testing

Testing architecture. Understanding of system architecture at a high level e.g., concepts such as application servers, databases, middleware, web services.

3 Business Analysis

Understanding of how to operate all stages of the Business Analysis lifecycle embracing agile and other development approaches.
Understanding of evidence-based requirements and customer journey mapping. Understanding of mapping requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customisation.

Applies methods and techniques for the organisation, storage and version control of information in both paper and electronic formats to provide assurance and rigour to testing process and environment.
